The following is a list of members of the American Society of Home Inspector's who have selected the Central Virginia Chapter of ASHI for their primary affiliation. Feel free to contact them or print this list and keep as a reference for your next home inspection or referral. (Note - There may be other ASHI Inspectors in this area that have chosen not to be affiliated with a chapter).
The following are ASHI Members who have who have met all requirements to reach the status of ASHI Certified Inspectors.
The minimal requirements for ASHI Certified Inspector are,
- Passed the National Home Inspector Examination
- Passed the ASHI's Standards and Ethics Examination.
- Have had inspection reports successfully verified for compliance with ASHI's Standards of Practice.
- Have submitted valid proof of performance of at least 250 fee-paid home inspections that meet or exceed the ASHI Standards of Practice.
